Meet Olivier Zoppi
I started my journey more than 15 years ago rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in Portugal. What began as a personal mission turned into a lifelong passion that brought me to the UAE, where I built my path step by step: from working out of my home to opening one centre, then another, and today operating three of the most trusted dog training, boarding and daycare facilities in the UAE.
I've dedicated my life to understanding dogs, helping families and improving animal welfare across the country. Along the way, I've been honoured to win 3 Animalia Awards and help thousands of pet parents transform their dogs' behaviour through compassion, structure and patience.

Before you join
When does Pupcademy launch?
On 1 December 2026. Waitlist members get their shortlists first, before we open to everyone.
Does joining cost anything?
No. Joining and getting matched are free, and we don't ask for a card. You only pay for the sessions you book after launch.
How much does training cost?
Sessions run from AED 200 to 600, depending on the trainer and the kind of training. Packages run from AED 1,800 to 3,500. Tell us your budget in the quiz and we'll match you with trainers inside it.
How does the AED 50 off work?
We send your code with your shortlist at launch. Use it when you book your first session. One code per dog.
How does the referral credit work?
Share your personal link after you join. Each friend who joins with it gets an extra AED 50, and you get AED 50 for every friend. Referral credit comes off your second session and can be used until 1 March 2027.
My dog needs help before launch
For biting, aggression, severe anxiety or new-puppy chaos, ask for a free 10-minute WhatsApp call with one of our trainers. If you need more, you can book a paid session with them directly before launch.
What do you do with my details?
We use them only to match your dog and to tell you about the launch. We never sell them, and you can unsubscribe any time.
What training methods do your trainers use?
Reward-based methods only, on every path, including sport and performance. No shock, prong or choke collars, no physical punishment, and no protection or bite work.
Where does training happen?
At your home, in your community's dog area, or at the trainer's own facility. Not in public parks: Dubai Municipality rules don't allow dogs there.
Do trainers speak Arabic?
Many do. Choose Arabic in the quiz and we'll prioritise trainers who speak it.
